Payment:
We accept payment by Dankort, VISA or Mastercard.

Delivery and access:
Tickets are delivered by email only and are received after completed transaction.

The ticket must be shown at the ticketbooth at the entrance of the Round Tower, either in a printet form or displayed on for example a phone.
The tickets do not entitle the opportunity to skip any eventual line at the entrance. However in the case of bigger groups it is only necessary for 1 person to stand in line. After the tickets has been accepted the rest of the group can skip the line.

Any ticket is usable by whoever has the ticket not determined by who bought them. They can only be used once and are registered after use. The Round Tower are not to be held accountable for misuse of tickets.

Right of cancelation:
There is no right of cancelation on access-tickets bought in the webshop; in accordance with the legislation concerning consumer Contracts § 17 stk 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a in regard to tickets for cultural activities.

Personal data policies:
In order to shop on this website we require some personal information: email and phone number. We do this in order to register and manage your purchase. Any personal information is registered at Rundetaarn and kept for 5 years, whereafter it is destroyed. Your information is not passed on or sold to a third party.
